Want to burn some body fat and tone your butt and legs at the same time? Try this!

I had a lot of fun with this one! You get cardio. You get some lower body toning. It’s a 2 for 1 kind of deal. And all under 4 minutes. Everyone has 4 minutes to exercise!

Download the song “Jungle Bae” by Skrillex and Diplo and try it.

There’s a lot of jumping in this one. Shocking. I know. But no worries! You don’t have to jump to make his effective. You can:

  1. Modify the jacks by tapping your feet out right and left,
  2. Do reverse lunges instead of scissor lunges,
  3. Shake your booty and dance. That’s ALWAYS acceptable! 🙂
