This is a simple one to pick up, but not an easy one to do! Your legs should be screaming by the time you’re done. Mine were!
Here are some tips:
1. Jumping is optional. You can come up to the balls of your feet instead of jumping. Your calves will feel it tomorrow!
2. Work through the burn. The burn is what changes the shape and strength of your muscle, so keep pushing until you can’t push anymore! Take a break when you need to then join right back in.
3. Have fun!
4. Combine this with any other Move More videos to get a longer or full body workout.
