This is an oldie but goodie. I sometimes teach it at the end of one of my kickboxing classes. Download the song, “Lean Back,” by Terror Squad (I used the clean edit) and join me.


Here are some tips for you:

  1. Push through the burn! Learn to love it. It’s working through that burn that makes you stronger and changes the shape in a definition of your muscle. Go until you can’t go anymore, stop, take a deep breath, then join back in.
  2. In the bicycle movement, the straighter and lower your legs are the harder it will be for you. Make it challenging based on where you are TODAY!
  3. Use your hands to come up to sitting position during the chorus if you need to. It’s not cheating. 🙂
